The services

The free 15-minute visit is a general wellness body-composition check and a short consult at Divine Delight, SRM Sweets, Tirupur. It is not a medical test.

The 5-Day WhatsApp Health Masterclass is an education programme. The founding-batch participation fee is ₹199 (later batches may be ₹1,999).

Who may use it

You should be 18 or older. If you have a medical condition, take medicines, are pregnant, or have been given a diet or fluid restriction, ask your doctor before changing habits.

Bookings and WhatsApp

Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed appointment until we reply on WhatsApp. Please come on time if a slot is confirmed. Group WhatsApp messages must stay respectful; we may remove anyone who spam or abuse the group.

No guaranteed result

We do not guarantee weight loss, a younger metabolic age, disease change, or any other physical result. Habits differ between people.

Your content and our content

You confirm that the name and number you send are yours (or you have permission to use them). The HabitEasy name, copy, and photos on these pages belong to HabitEasy unless a page says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change. Indian law applies. For disputes, courts in Tamil Nadu.
